Paul Pearman

Mr. Paul Lincoln Pearman, Jr. , age 89, of Covington, died Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at his residence. He was the husband of the late Nancy Humphries Pearman.
In addition to his wife, Nancy, Mr. Pearman was preceded in death by a son, Lane Pearman.
Mr. Pearman was born March 11, 1935 in Virginia, the son of the late Paul Lincoln Pearman, Sr. and Buna Hylton Pearman. He was employed as a clerk by the C&O Railroad Company before retiring after a number of years of service. Paul served his country as a member of the Virginia National Guard.
Mr. Pearman is survived by a son, Neal Pearman and wife, Teresa of Roanoke, a daughter-in-law, Tammy Pearman of Statesville, NC; two grandchildren, Emma Nicole Pearman and Hanna Elaine Pearman Lefever and husband, Brandon; two great grandchildren, Wyatt Lefever and Elliott Lefever; two sisters, Pauline Pearman NicKell of Covington and Ellen Pearman of Covington; and a sister-in-law, Loretta Humphries.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. at Loving Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial tributes take the form of contributions to First Christian Church, 231 E. Fudge Street, Covington, VA 24426.
