Perry E. “Pete” Wickham, 79, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2022. He was predeceased by his father, Everrett Wickham; mother, Edith Cooper; brother, Paul Wickham; sister, Janet Neighbors, and nephew, Donnie Wickham.Surviving family includes his wife, Deborah Dunman Wickham; brother, George Wickham and wife, Maybelle of Brooksville, FL; sisters, Bonnie Sue Huffman of Brooksville, FL, and Mae Caudill and husband, Alton of Elkins, NC; grand-nephew, Stuart Wickham of Montvale, VA; sisters-in-law, Mona Turner of Weekie Wachee, FL, Virgie Plybon of Blue Ridge, VA, Julia Chambers of Roanoke, VA, and Marilyn Hartman and husband, Jerry of Hardy, VA; brother-in-law, Dillard “Diz” Dunman and wife, Jackie of Iaeger, W.VA; numerous nieces and nephews, and special friends, Sherman Wilson, Paul Chocklett, Mike Ferguson, and many more too numerous to mention.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at the Lotz Funeral Home Chapel in Vinton with Rev. T. G. Ayers officiating. Interment will follow in Old Dominion Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 7, 2022, from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
