Phillip Wayne Davis

Phillip Wayne Davis, 67, passed away on May 15, 2023. He was born in Danville, VA on March 6, 1956 to Lessie Miller Davis Smith and the late Reuben Clark Davis. He is survived by his loving wife Jeanette Boaze Davis.
Phillip had a special love for fishing, landscaping in the yard, old cars, and riding his four wheelers. He worked as a service technician at the Ford Motor Company prior to his retirement.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his son; Phillip Wayne Davis Jr., stepsons; David Scearce, Christopher Scearce, brothers; Reuben Steve Davis, Kevin Davis, and Keith Davis; sisters; Cindy Davis, Tracy Dent, Deanna Taylor, Annette Koulelis, step grandchildren; Bryant, Nicholas, Nathan, several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his sisters; Vicky Davis and Patricia Davis.

A funeral will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023 at 2:00PM at Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel, Danville, VA with Minister Hershel Stone officiating.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023 from 1:00 to 2:00PM at Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel, Danville, VA.

Interment will follow at the service at Floral Hills Cemetery, 1665 S. Boston Road, Danville, VA 24540.
