Phyllis Geraldine Davis, age 77 of Glade Hill, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2023. She was born February 2, 1945 to the late Curtis and Eula May Turner. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Shelby and Butch Ayers; and brother, Eugiene Turner. Surviving are her husband of 58 years, Donnie Davis; children, Curtis “Rooster” Davis (Dina) and Johnny Davis (Lynn); sisters, Judy Pruitt and Frances Pruitt (Wayne); grandchildren, Tabitha Davis (Josh), Cody Davis (Ashley), Johnny Davis IV, and Frank and Nicole Cundiff; great-grandchildren, Daniel and Clay Cundiff, Cayden and Collin Davis. A graveside service will be held at the Davis Family Cemetery, 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 27, 2023 with Pastor Mike Finley officiating. Her family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
