Raymond Howard Alley

Raymond Howard Alley, Jr., of Boones Mill, Virginia, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2023. He was born September 12, 1995, in Martinsville, Virginia to Raymond Howard Alley and Shawn Colleen Quillen Alley. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Lee Gardner III; paternal grandparents, Lee Franklin Alley, and Bonnie May Skeens Alley; and maternal grandparents, Hubert Clarence Quillin and Karon Elaine Beckmann.Raymond was a Franklin County High School graduate. He was a great father and dedicated employee with Adam’s Construction. He was a kind-hearted individual, who brought laughter to everyone he was around, and loved his family deeply.He is survived by his daughters, Aubrey Renee Alley and Aleah Grace Alley, who are now in the care of their devoted mother, Lynna Decol; girlfriend, Kristin Moon; sister, Heather Denise-Elaine Pierce; brother, Michael Lee Alley; nieces, Elizabeth Pierce, Victoria Miller, and Maddie Alley; and nephews, Michael Alley II and Johnathan Pierce, Jr.A Memorial Service will be, Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 4:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Joe Glass officiating.
