Raynelle DeHart Peters, age 90 of Henry, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delton Peters; parents, Clenard and Fannie Stone DeHart; and three brothers, John C. DeHart, Jr., Henry D. DeHart, James Edward (Jimmy) DeHart and nephews, Eddie DeHart and Mark DeHart. Surviving are her children, John B. Peters (Marge), Darrell A. Peters (Debbie), Lisa Dickey and Todd L. Peters (Jamie); grandchildren, Heather Dickey, Dylan Dickey, Levi Peters and Liam Peters; three step-grandchildren, Cole Byrd, Travis Byrd, and Paul Chilton; great-grandchildren, McKenna Simmons, Aubrey Byrd, Bristol Byrd, John Samuel Byrd, and Claire Chilton; sister-in-law, Frances DeHart; nieces and nephews, Deanna DeHart, Sharon Thurman, Michael DeHart, Debbie White and Ronnie DeHart. Raynelle was a member of Twin Oaks Baptist Church and was retired from E.I. DuPont with 22 years of service. Funeral services will be conducted at Twin Oaks Baptist Church, 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 25, 2022 with Pastor Terry Covey officiating. Interment will follow at Mill Creek Church Cemetery. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. The family requests memorial donations to be made to Twin Oaks Baptist Church.
