Rebecca Robinson Dowdy, 78, of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord, after a brief illness, on Thursday, January 8, 2026. The family will receive friends Friday, January 16, 2026 from 5-7 pm at Simpson Funeral Home Peters Creek Chapel. Services will be held Sunday, January 18, 2026 at 2 p.m. at Simpson Funeral Home Peters Creek Chapel with Pastor Greg Irby officiating. Interment will be private for the family.
