Regina Woods Stricker St. Clair

Regina Woods Strickler St.Clair, 89 of Bedford, passed away Thursday, October 12, 2023 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital. She was born on Wednesday, May 30, 1934, a daughter of the late James William Woods and Regina Helmick Woods. She was also preceded in death by her 1st husband, Sherman Winters Strickler, her 2nd husband, George Malcolm St.Clair; a daughter, Rachel June Creasy; her brothers, Frank A. Woods, Charlie E. Woods and Jay Preston Woods. Regina was a Sales Clerk at Leggett's Department Store in Bedford for 27 years.

She is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Dora Strickler; grandsons, Sherman Lee Ashwell and Buford Winters St.Clair; a granddaughter, April Wildman (Zack); her great-grandchildren, Andrew St.Clair, Aiden St.Clair, and Evie Wildman.

A Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, October 16, 2023 at Suck Spring Baptist Church at 11:00 am with Rev. Michael Cox officiating. Interment will follow in Suck Spring Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, October 16, 2023, from 10:00 am - 11:00 am prior to the service.
