Rhonda Luann Blackwood

Rhonda Luann Blackwood, age 64 of Rocky Mount passed away Friday, November 7, 2025. She was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Beckner; father, Reggie Rigney; along with her brother, Rex Rigney; and sister, Kathy Rigney. She is survived by her son, Gregory Witcher; granddaughter, Gia Witcher; cousins, Tracy Rigney and Melissa Torres; niece, Julia Rigney and a special friend, Gordon Belcher. Rhonda was a Franklin County High School graduate. She loved spending time with her granddaughter, Gia and watching over her dog babies, Mercy and Kobe and watching her favorite show, Love and Hip-Hop. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Gregory Witcher. A visitation service will be held from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Thursday, November 13, 2025 at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
