Richard Allen Lohr

Richard Allen Lohr, 79, of Ridgeway, Virginia, passed away, Thursday, December 7, 2023, at SOVAH Health of Martinsville. He was born November 3, 1944, in Prince William County, Virginia, to the late Kelmer D. Lohr and Iva Moats Lohr.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Paula Susan Lohr; and a daughter-in-law, Shawn Lohr.He is survived by his wife, Barbara Draper Lohr; daughter, Julia Coreas (Terry); sons, Danny Lohr and Richard Lohr (Sherril); sisters, Claire Owens, and Kathy Shaffer; thirteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be held Friday, December 15, 2023, at 4:30 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel. The visitation will be thirty minutes prior to the service. Burial will be Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at 10:00 AM, at Quantico National Cemetery.Wright Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
