Richard Wayne Booth Sr., 78, of Virginia passed away Friday, November 22, 2024, at home surrounded by family.Richard was a freemason, and a past Worshipful Master of Pleasant Lodge. The family is honoring Richard’s wishes by not having any services.He is preceded in death by his parents, Nelson and Elsie Booth; son, Richard Booth Jr.; and brothers, Leon, Tommy, Danny.Richard is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Booth; son, Chad Booth; granddaughter, Bayleigh Booth.The family would like to give special thanks to hospice nurse Callie Hale, and the good people of Good Samaritan Hospice.Go rest high on that mountain'Cause son, your work on earth is doneGo to heaven a-shoutin'Love for the Father and the Son
