Richard Kroffe

Richard Kroffe, age 90, passed away on October 17, 2024, in Danville, VA. Born on April 23, 1934, Richard dedicated his life to his passions and his family. Richard was a revered mechanic, a trade that suited his love for cars and fixing things. His career was marked by diligence and a reputation for excellence in every task he undertook. Richard served honorably in the United States Air Force, where he applied his mechanical skills and hardworking nature.

Known for his dedication to family, Richard leaves behind his beloved wife, Jennifer Kroffe, daughter Kimberly Wood and her spouse Joshua; son Matthew Jones, and granddaughter Julianne Wood, all of Danville, VA. he is also survived by his sister, Evelyn Halisky of New Brunswick, NJ. Richard was preceded in death by his sisters, Roseanne Cleaver of Chicago, Il, Frannie and Margajean, both of New Jersey.

Richard will be remembered as a hardworking individual, dedicated to his family, and with a profound love for cars. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
