Richard "Ricky" Arno Bowers

Bowers, Richard Arno “Ricky”, 65, of Blacksburg and Pembroke passed away with loving family at his side Thursday, December 21, 2023. He was born in Roanoke, Va., on August 9, 1958, to the late Arno and Beulah Harman Bowers. He is survived by his special family, Jennifer and Mike Sudoval, the Lester and Woodie families, Virginia Moseley; his sister and brother-in-law, Linda B. and Jerry Deviney; niece, Erin Deviney Young, and husband Russell; great-niece, Emory Young; great-nephew, Will Young; loving family of cousins, and church family, friends and many others whose lives Ricky touched. Graveside services for family and friends will be held Saturday, December 30, 2023, at 10:30 am in the Topeco Cemetery, Floyd, VA. A Celebration of Life will be held later on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at 2:00 pm in the Pembroke United Methodist Church. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home.
