Robert “Bob” Marvin Brown, 78, of Lynchburg passed away on Monday, March 27, 2023, at Heritage Green Assisted Living. He was the husband of Barbara Jean Brown.

Born on January 8, 1945, he was the son of the late Marvin Whitney Brown and the late Christine Johnson. Bob loved deer hunting, golf, and being outdoors, being with his family and taking drives.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Michael Brown and wife, Donna of Savannah, GA, and Craig Brown and wife, Martha of Forest; five grandchildren, Marshall Brown, and Emily Brown both of Forest, Julie MacPherson of Richmond, Garrett Brown, United States Air Force, and Kristen Brown of Atlanta, GA; and five great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Leona, Skylar, Preston, and Sage.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Thursday, March 30, 2023, at Robinson Funeral Home.
