Robert Raymond Winters

Born June 16, 1969 the fourth of five children born to Blaine and Sharon Winters . In the early morning on September 23, 2025 Yahweh Elohim called his son to rest. Robert was preceeded in rest by his mother Sharon Winters and nephew Christopher Plunkett aka kissifer and childhood friend (brother) Edward Weary aka bear. Robert leaves behind his father Blaine Winters Sr. two elder sisters Tina Plunkett and Marion Pratt and elder brother Blaine Winters Jr. and younger sister Jeanette Williams. He also leaves behind a son Robert jr. (lil Rob) and daughter Tara (Shay Shay) and a host of nieces and nephews and friends.

Robert held multiple jobs throughout his life but the one he excelled and loved was that of a brother and friend. Rob lived and loved as he chose. He chose early in life to live by his own rules and not by anyones opinion. Robert spent his last days the same. Upon moving to Roanoke, Va he developed a relationship with fiancé Peggy Fransisco who he shared a home and life with.

Robert was and is a Son, a Brother a Friend in Spirit and in Truth. Always and forever!!!
