Robyn C. Hamlett

Robyn C. Hamlett, 57, of Chatham, VA, passed away Thursday, November 9, 2023, at UNC Hospital, Chapel Hill, NC. Robyn was born August 18, 1966, in Danville, VA to Robert William Campbell and the late Edna Shelton Campbell. She was of the Baptist faith. Ms. Hamlett worked at Providence Family & Sports Medicine of Danville as a Referral Coordinator.

Robyn is survived by her father Robert William Campbell (Elaine Ruggeri) and fiancé, Chad Wallace. In addition, she is survived by her sons, Robert Spencer Hamlett (Nicole) of Hurt, VA and Eric Mason Hamlett of Danville, as well as a stepsister, Brenda Caldwell, stepbrother, Robert Michael Campbell, grandchildren, Elias Hamlett and Kinsley Hamlett, special friends, Neill and Branka Everhart, and her special cousin and best friend, Lisa Wood.

In addition to her beloved mother, she was predeceased by her stepsister, Donna Sarton

A funeral service will be held Friday, November 17, 2023, 2:00 p.m. at Mill Creek Community Church with Pastor Darrell Campbell officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Burial Park in Chatham. A visitation will be held prior to the funeral service from 12:30 until 2:00 p.m.

At other times the family will receive friends and family at the residence of her father. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully request memorial donations be made to the Chatham Volunteer Fire Department, 35 Depot St. Chatham, VA 24531
