Roger Lee Taylor, 69, of Salem passed away on June 25, 2023.
A native of Virginia he was the son of Hubert and Hannah Taylor, both deceased. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Jack, Benny, and John Taylor; and his sister, Joyce Binder. Roger was a patriot serving in both the United States Air Force and Army and was a Vietnam veteran. He was a lover of nature and animals. Roger enjoyed Nascar and was a lifelong Andy Griffith Show enthusiast and collector.
Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Susan Timbrook and husband Eric; two sisters, Mary Bowman and Sue Anderson; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
