Ronald Marvin Robertson

Ronald Marvin "Ronnie" Robertson, 73, of Salem, Va., went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 30, 2026.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary, and is survived by his wife, Vickie Robertson. They were married for 48 years. Ronnie is also survived by his son, Jason Robertson (Amanda), his granddaughter, Jayden Robertson, his sister, Elaine Caldwell, and step-siblings, Linda Lloyd, Butch Chesser, and Mark Chesser.
Ronald retired from Classic Plumbing after 20 plus years of service. His favorite hobbies were fishing, being outside, and going to NASCAR races with his son and granddaughter. During his younger years he loved riding motorcycles and going to the lake every weekend with his family.
The family will welcome friends for visitation on Thursday, April 2, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., in the chapel of John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, April 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Jeff Reynolds officiating. Interment immediately following in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
