Ruth Ann Hawley Thomas of Roanoke, passed away peacefully, Monday, October 2, 2023. She has gone on to be with her cherished daughter Vickie Mitchell. She is survived by her two sons Kenny and Mike Thomas as well as grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, good friends, and neighbors. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Troy Mays officiating. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home (540)366-0707.
