Sandra Annette French Dawson

Sandra Annette French Dawson, 61, of Fieldale, Virginia passed away Sunday, December 18, 2022, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was born November 7, 1961, in Martinsville, Virginia to Raeburn A. French and Barbara A. Boelte. She held multiple positions at Southside Survivor Response Center for many years. She was a member of Better Life Ministries, loved car shows, movies, and was very creative and crafty. She loved concerts and her church.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Allen Dawson; daughter, Angela Marie Dawson; parents, Raeburn and Betty French and Barbara McDaniel; brother, Larry French (Robin), Jay McDougal (Lindsay), Chris Hodges (Dena); and nieces and nephews, Meagan Davis, Jetta Hodges, Camden Freseman, Conrad McDougal, Kindee Boyd and Keith Ridgeway.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at 7:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Paul Hooker officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Box 352, Martinsville, Virginia 24114.
