Sanford "Jack" Andrew Moore

Sanford "Jack" Andrew Moore, 69, of Salem VA passed unexpectedly and went to join the Lord and his beloved family members that went before him on April 15, 2023.
Preceded in death by his father Aaron Andrew Moore, and his mother Julia Rachel Bostwick; sisters, Kathy Zieglar and Judy Rae Monroe; brother, Dana Keith Moore and his beloved son Jeremy Paul Moore.
Sanford was born on July 5, 1953, in Radford VA. His family relocated to the Roanoke area with him finally residing in Salem Va. Until his passing.
Jack is survived by his daughters, Stephanie Via and Amanda Branch, (Ryan), a son, Michael Moore, Christy Ann Mills (who was like a daughter), and many grandchildren that he loved very much Carley, Coty, Tyler, Darynn, Benjamin, (Brie), Zoey, (Anthony), Ian, Kaden, Abigail and three great-grandchildren, Imogen, Miles, and James; sisters Diane Bumgarner, and Pamela Selleck, (Roger) and many nieces and nephews.
Anyone who knew Jack knew he was passionate about working and would rarely miss a day. He loved fishing though he hadn't done it much since losing Jeremy. He loved working around his house and yard, spending time with his kids and grandkids, watching westerns, going to the ocean, and playing his guitar. He could be awnry at times but had a huge heart and would help anyone who needed it. Jack will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and his painting colleagues.

A graveside service and celebration of life will be announced at a later time.
