Shirley Jean Bowe, 69, of Roanoke, Virginia moved to her heavenly home Friday, June 9, 2023.She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Melvin Dudley and Kathleen Anita Hartman; step-son, William J. Bowe; grandson, Drew Fredrick Lewis II.Surviving are her sons, James Ray Bowe and Casey Dwayne Bowe; daughter, Carrie Kathleen Lewis (Drew Sr.), step-daughter, Mary Bowe; grandchildren, Kathleen Lewis, Sabrena Lam (Caleb), Tara Bowe and Damian Bowe; great grandchildren, Dacari, Drew, Za’Ryah, Gabriella; brothers and sisters, Joanne Barbour Watson (Jimmy), Rose Marie Halliday (John), Peggy Sue Tolliver (Boley), Sharlett Kathryn Poindexter (Ricky), Deborah Anita Smith , Joseph Michael Dudley, Bobby Joe Dudley; very special lifelong friends, Kristi Wright (Jimmy) and Judy St. Clair; numerous Nieces, Nephews, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren; and numerous children at heart that she loved . The family will receive friends from 10-11 am, Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Lotz Funeral Home Roanoke. A celebration of Shirley’s life will be held 11 am, Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Lotz Funeral Home Roanoke with Pastor Todd Stiffler officiating. Burial will follow at Franklin Memorial Park.
