Stephanie Ann Hernandez

Ms. Stephanie Ann Hernandez, 69, of Lowgap, passed away at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Saturday, March 18, 2023. She was born in Baltimore, MD, August 6, 1953, to the late John Spencer Lemly and Maxine Joyce Davis Lemly Kiser. She was a warm, loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, willing to help everyone. Ms. Hernandez loved Jesus and was a faithful member of Temple Baptist Church. She will be fondly remembered by her son, Travis Adame, daughter and son-in-law, Santana Rodriguez and Carlos Ayala; grandchildren, Nikolas Martinez-Adame, Allex Gomez-Adame, Macallan Adame, Hector Rodriguez-Adame, and Jacob Ayala-Adame; sisters and a brother-in-law, Mona Whipp and Scott, and Brenda Allshouse; brothers and sister-in-law, John Spencer Lemly, Jr., William “Bill” Robertson and Carol. In addition to her parents, Ms. Hernandez was preceded in death by a grandson, Carter Travis Hiatt-Adame. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, March 24, 2023, at Temple Baptist Church with Rev. Zane Fishel officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church of Friday from 12:30 PM until the time of the service. Moody Funeral Home will be assisting the Hernandez Family.
