Stephen L. Corlette

Stephen L. Corlette, 78, husband of Debra Delaney Corlette, passed away on Monday, October 13, 2025. He was born in Indiana and was the son of the late Lawrence and Dorothy Nikirk Corlette.

Stephen was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in Berlin Germany as well as during the Korean Conflict.

In addition to his wife of 49 years, he will be missed and remembered by his daughter, Stephanie Blankenship (Jon); grandchildren, Austin (Sarah), Brandon (Alli), Logan, and Jace; sisters, Carolyn Masterson (Earl), and Phyllis Owens; very special and close friends, Michael and Carol Savo.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2025 in the Chapel of Simpson Funeral Home, 5160 Peters Creek Road with Chaplain Greg Irby officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
