Steven Ahlbrand

Steven Max Ahlbrand, age 77, of 605 Chestnut Street, Clifton Forge, Virginia died on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia.
Steven was born on January 16, 1948 in Seymour, Indiana to the late Hobart Walter and Georgia Kerr Ahlbrand. He was a retired Conductor for CSX Transportation and Amtrak. He received his education in Industrial Engineering at Indiana State University and served in the Indiana National Guard.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa St. Clair Ahlbrand of Clifton Forge; a daughter, Sarah E. Ellinwood (Mark) of Germantown, MD; a son, Clinton S. Ahlbrand (Meagan) of Indiana; a sister, Vicki Hinton of Indiana; two brothers, Thomas Ahlbrand (Roberta) and John Ahlbrand (Leta), both of Indiana; two grandchildren, Maggie Ahlbrand and Adam Ellinwood; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In keeping with his wishes, his body has been cremated. There will be no services held.
