Susan Brinkley Martin

Mrs. Susan Brinkley Martin, age 78, of Mt. Airy, passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at Hugh Chatham Health. She was born on May 3, 1947 in Surry County to the late Carl and Grace Gordon Brinkley. Mrs. Martin was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, who will surely be missed by all who knew her. Left to cherish her memory are three sons and daughters-in-law, Tommy Martin and Renee, David Martin, Ronnie Martin and Jessica; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews. No formal services will be held at this time.
