Susan Lynne Clark

Susan (Moore) Clark, 58, of Salem, VA, passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2023, after a courageous fight against cancer.

There will never be a person quiet like Susan. Her love of K-POP (Especially BTS), all animals, a good cookie, and spending time with her daughter, made her unique and unforgettable.

Susan is survived by her mother, Gertrude Moore; her brother, Doug Moore; and the thing she is most proud of in her life, her daughter, Jessica Clark.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Blue Ridge Cancer Care and Intrepid Hospice for their compassion, patience, and loving care they provided Susan.

Friends may visit with the family from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. at John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home on Saturday, May 13, 2023.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the American Cancer Society. Hopefully one day we will find a cure for this horrific disease.
