Terri Lynn Backerman

Terri Lynn Hucker Backerman, 66, of Stuart, Virginia, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2024. She was born April 4, 1958, to Mavis Marks Hucker and the late Richard J. Hucker.Terri loved knitting, cooking, sewing, and many other home maker hobbies. Her family always joked that she should have been in the Little House on the Prairie because of how much she loved to do these things. She would make towels, blankets, and many other things out of fur and other materials.She is survived by her daughters, Heather Renfro, Jennifer Lovejoy and Carley Hammers; sisters, Candace DeBartolo and Sharon Lee Quaife; brothers, David Eugene Hucker and Richard J. Hucker; stepmother, Harriet Hucker; grandchildren, Gaven Renfro, Olivia Renfro, Orin Wonsower, Jacob Wonsower and Iris Wonsower; and special friend, Marion Shipman.All services will be private.
