Theodore Cowell, age 84, of Covington, died Saturday, January 21, 2023 at his residence.
Mr. Cowell was born April 1, 1938 in Norfolk, the son of the late James Copeland and Shedore Cowell Grimsom. He had been employed as a janitor with the Norfolk Public School System for twenty years before his retirement.
Mr. Cowell is survived by his children, Corinthia Tavers, Jewell Carrington, Bridgett Cowell, Theodore Combo and Maria Combo.
A graveside service will be conducted at 12:00 P.M., Friday, January 27, 2023, at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
