Thomas Sawyer

Thomas Edward Sawyer, Jr., age 65, of 400 NW 9th Ave, Mulberry, FL, died Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at the home of his sister, Cynthia, in Clifton Forge, Virginia.
Thomas was born June 2, 1958 in Kansas to the late Thomas E. Sawyer, Sr. and Mary Kathryn Deering Sawyer. He was an Eagle Scout for the Boy Scouts of America, and grew up to serve in the United States Army. He became a minister, who traveled spreading the word of God. He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, and working with computers.
He is survived by two daughters, Xandrea Croft and Renee Sawyer, and a son, Alexis Sawyer, all of Pennsylvania; two sisters, Cynthia Sawyer and Elizabeth Sawyer; a brother, Kevin Sawyer; three grandchildren, Diamond Hoffman, Derek Hoffman, and Dorian Hoffman; two nieces, Lucinda and Carolynne; and his cat, Romeo.
In keeping with his wishes, his body has been cremated. There will be no services held at this time.
