Timothy "Tim" Lynn Fisher
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Timothy “Tim” Lynn Fisher, age 67, of Ringgold, VA, on Saturday, May 17, 2025. Timothy passed away peacefully in his sleep at home. He was born on September 7, 1957, to John and Mary Fisher in North Carolina.
Timothy met the love of his life and beloved wife, Cathyann Fisher and for four years, they dated and spent so much time together that they decided to make it permanent. They were happily married for 35 years. Timothy was known for the hardworking man he was, sweet and kind; he would do anything he possibly could for anyone. He never met a stranger, because they soon became friends. He cherished his wife and family, whom he loved dearly. Timothy loved to play golf and go on outings with his wife.
Timothy worked in HVAC from 1986 to the present day. In 2006, he opened his own business, Comfort Zone Heating & Air, with his wife. He was passionate about working with the public and enjoyed his time doing so. He loved doing all the crazy projects his spouse would come up with. He was proud of the first chicken coup they built together, of which he would say, “It looked like a mansion.”
Timothy is survived by his wife Cathyann Fisher, of the residence, Kimberly Shumate of Danville, VA, Thomas Craig Fisher and wife Kayla, also of Danville, and Tyler Fisher of Ringgold, VA.
