Timothy Wayne Dalton

Timothy Wayne Dalton, 69, passed away peacefully at his residence on September 23, 2025. Timothy was born in Danville, VA on April 7, 1956 to the late Laura Marie Dickerson Dalton and Mr. Louis Herman Dalton, who survives. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Mrs. Virginia Owen Dalton.

Timothy was of the Baptist Faith. He worked for 27 years in different capacities at Dan River Mills, and later worked at Sam’s Club previous to his retirement. He very much enjoyed the beach, trying to play the keyboard, and fishing with his Dad.

In addition to his Father and his loving wife, Timothy is survived by step daughter; Amanda Walker; a brother; Tommy Dalton and wife Pam of Ringgold, VA; a sister; Diane Spence and husband Ronnie of Julian, NC; nephews; Sammy Martin, Matthew Dalton; two nieces; Susan and husband David Cox,  and Sherry Martin; and his grand fur baby; Emmie.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date at Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel, Danville, VA.
