Vauleta Keesler Pierce

Vauleta Keesler Pierce, 82, of Ringgold, VA passed away on Monday, July 31, 2023. Mrs. Pierce was born November 15, 1940, to the late Vaulette Warren Keesler and the late Loretta Reynolds Keesler.

Val was a caring and loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved being around her family during the holidays, special occasions and anytime she had the opportunity to visit. Val enjoyed cooking, playing cards, and working in her garden. She will truly be missed by her family and friends.

Val is survived by her son, Benjamin Pierce and his wife Linda; daughter, Patty Ekstrom and her husband David; daughter, Karlene Martella and husband Ross; grandchildren, Brandon Pierce, Michael Ekstrom, Daniel Ekstrom, David Kosinski, Nicholas Marucci, and Jonathan Flasher; and great-grandchildren, Desmond Flasher and Lillyana Ekstrom.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Benjamin Pierce; daughter, Sandra Kosinski; and son, Billy Pierce.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
