Vicki Riggan Dangerfield

Dangerfield, Vicki Riggan, age 71, of Riner, died Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at her home. She was born on June 7, 1954. She was preceded in death by her father, Sherman Riggan. Vicki retired as a Registered Nurse after over 40 years of service at St. Albans Hospital. She is survived by her Husband of 41 years, Jim Dangerfield; daughters and sons-in-law, Kerri and Steve Parks, and Kristen and Chris Gutzmer; son and daughter-in-law, Austin and Sohaila Dangerfield; grandchildren, Eli Parks, Zoey Parks, Hailey Gutzmer, and Lyndsey Gutzmer; mother, June Riggan; and sister, Pamela Via. A celebration gathering will be on Sunday, February 8, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg, VA.
