Vickie Horne

Vickie Horne,69, of Roanoke passed away on October 26,2023. Vickie was a loving daughter, sister and mother. She was preceded in death by her mother Wealthy West; cousin, Hazel West; brother, Randy West; son, Scott Flowers. She worked at Valcom and retired from ITT.
Survived by her son, Samuel Horne; daughter, Laurel Horne; grandson, Johnny Flowers; granddaughter, Joanna Davis; 3 great grandchildren, Kyle, Aiden, Ethan Flowers; numerous close friends including Joy and Gary Payne, Rachelle Crystal.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 1,2023 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Lotz Vinton Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Robert Phaup officiating. Burial will follow at West Family Cemetery in Jordan Town.
