Viki Lynn Arrington, 60, of Bedford died Saturday, July 8, 2023 in Lynchburg General Hospital. She was born in Bell County, Texas on September 24, 1962. She was preceded in death by her mother, Enith Virginia Tolley Hill. Viki is survived by her brother, Billy Hill; her sister, Rebecca Mitchen; her children, Seth Mitchell DeLuna, Cory Alan Perrin and Morgan Taylor Arrington.
