Wanda Walker Ferguson

Wanda Walker Ferguson, 74, of Fieldale, Virginia, passed away Friday, June 20, 2025. She was born March 26, 1951 to the late Eva Natalene Gunter Walker and Troy Wade Walker.

Wanda attended Valley Drive Baptist Church in Fieldale, Virginia. She was involved with the Fieldale Community Center for more than thirty years and took a great pride in her work. She loved her job and enjoyed playing volleyball there and anyone and everyone that came in was like family to her, especially the children. More than anything, Wanda’s grandchild, Cameron, was her pride and joy.

She is survived by her daughters, Christie “Marlo” Ferguson (Deanna) and Trissie Blankenship (Jeff); brother, Tommy Wade Walker (Susan); nieces, Jessie and Sarah; and grandchild, Cameron Layne Blankenship.

All services will be private.
