Weldon Laviolette

Mr. Weldon Joseph Laviolette, Jr., age 57, of Covington, died Monday, July 10, 2023, at his residence.
Mr. Laviolette was born September 9, 1965 in New Orleans, LA, the son of the late Weldon Joseph Laviolette, Sr. and Edith Jane Blazio Laviolette. A resident of this community since 2002, he was employed as a member of the sewing department by Bacova Guild Ltd. Weldon was an avid New Orleans Saints football fan and loved drinking Dr. Pepper.
Mr. Laviolette is survived by three sons, Daniel J.P. Harmon and wife, Jessica of Covington, Andrew T. Laviolette and wife, Tiffany of Covington and Alexander J. Laviolette and wife, Jessica of Covington; a daughter, Shawna Ann Laviolette of Covington; thirteen grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Laviolette was preceded in death by his brother, E.J. Laviolette.
A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
