William Raymond Eanes

William “Butch” Raymond Eanes II, 75, died on Friday, February, 2, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Phyllis Eanes.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Friski Eanes; son, William Aaron Eanes (Jennifer); daughter, Allison Denise Eanes (Hunter Elliott); and brother, Eric Eanes (Vonda).

Butch was born in Roanoke, VA and went to William Fleming High School, then Emory & Henry College, and married Carol on June 6, 1970. He spent most of his career as a Chief Information Officer at Foot Levelers. He was ordained as an Episcopal Deacon in 2012.

A Service will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024 at 2:00pm at St. James Episcopal Church, 4515 Delray St. Roanoke, VA 24012.
