Faye Marie Penn

Faye Marie Penn, 76, of Spencer, Virginia, passed away Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Stanleytown Health and Rehab. Faye was born June 29, 1945 to the late Walter Richard and Mary Sue Estelle Spencer Penn in Patrick County, Virginia. She was an inspector at Bassett Chair for over 30 years. Faye was a graduate of G.W. Carver High School. She was a member of Mayo Missionary Baptist Church. Faye loved flowers, spending time with her girls, and dancing.

In addition to her parents, Faye is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Penn; sister, Dorothy Johnson; brothers, Richard James Penn and Shelburn Penn.

Faye is survived by her four daughters, Latonia Penn, Sheila Penn Gravely (Henry), Burnadette Faison (Lydel), and Priscilla Penn; brothers, Vincent Penn and Frank Penn (Rachel), three grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Fair Haven Memorial Park. A visitation will be held Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 2-6 PM.
