John Taylor Read, 79, of Spencer, Virginia passed away Monday, July 11, 2022, at Blue Ridge Therapy Connection, Stuart, Virginia. He was born January 16, 1943, in Spencer Virginia to the late Manson Austin Read and Nannie Sue Orander Read.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Jonathan Wayne Read; sister, Betty Ann Read Lawson; and brothers, Guy A. DeShazo, William B. DeShazo, Herbert A. Read and Charles W. Read.
He is survived by a son, Bradley Todd Read.
