Agustina Dominguez

Agustina Dominguez, 74, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2026, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was born on September 2, 1951, in Honduras to the late Jose Perfecto Lopez and Blanca Dominguez.

Agustina was a devoted homemaker who dedicated her life to caring for and loving her family. Her family was her greatest joy, and she especially cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be remembered for the love she gave so freely to those around her and for the special place she held in the hearts of her family.

In addition to her parents, Agustina was preceded in death by her sisters, Mercede Lopez and Gladys Dominguez; and her brother, Antonio Colindres.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 60 years, Teofilo Carcamo Colindres; her daughter, Kenia Colindres; and her five sons; Gustavo Colindres, Edgar Colindres, Ricardo Colindres, Jose Colindres, and Teofilo Colindres Jr. She also leaves behind 23 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, along with many extended family members and friends who will forever treasure her memory.

Agustina's life was centered around her family, and the love she shared with them will continue to live on through the generations. Though she will be deeply missed, her memory will remain a source of comfort and love to all who knew her.

A floating visitation will be held at Bassett Funeral Service Chapel on Friday, September 3, 2026, from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 6, 2026, from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M., with the funeral service following at 2:00 P.M. at Bassett Funeral Service Chapel. The burial will follow at Mt. Hermon Church of the Brethren.

Agustina Dominguez, de 74 años, falleció paziblemente el 31 de agosto de 2026 en el Hospital Roanoke Memorial. Nació el 2 de septiembre de 1951 en Honduras, hija del fallecido Jose Perfecto Lopez y Blanca Dominguez. Agustina fue una dedicada ama de casa que dedicó su vida a cuidar y amar a su familia. Su familia era su mayor alegría y especialmente valoraba el tiempo que pasaba con sus nietos y bisnietos. Siempre será recordada por el amor que daba tan libremente a los que la rodeaban y por el lugar especial que ocupaba en los corazones de su familia. Le sobreviven para atesorar su memoria su esposo amoroso de 60 años, Teófilo Cárcamo Colindres; su hija, Kenia Colindres; y sus cinco hijos: Gustavo Colindres, Edgar Colindres, Ricardo Colindres, José Colindres y Teófilo Colindres Jr. También deja 23 nietos y numerosos bisnietos, junto con muchos familiares y amigos que siempre guardarán su recuerdo.

La vida de Agustina estuvo centrada en su familia, y el amor que compartió con ellos continuará viviendo a través de las generaciones. Aunque se le extrañará profundamente, su memoria seguirá siendo una fuente de consuelo y amor para todos los que la conocieron.

Se llevará a cabo una visita flotante en la Capilla del Servicio Funerario Bassett el viernes 3 de septiembre de 2026, de 2:00 P.M. a 6:00 P.M.

Habrá una visita el domingo 6 de septiembre de 2026, de 1:00 P.M. a 2:00 P.M., con el servicio funerario a continuación a las 2:00 P.M. en la Capilla del Servicio Funerario Bassett. El entierro se llevará a cabo en la Iglesia de los Hermanos de Mt. Hermon.
