Alletta "Dot" Dorothy Loving Smith

Alletta “Dot” Dorothy Loving Smith, 85, of Salem, passed from this life to her eternal life on May 9, 2024, after a prolonged illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Amy Loving; brothers, Bill Loving and Lannie Loving; and loving husband, William “Bill” Smith.

Dot will be missed and remembered by her son, Bill Smith Jr. (Rhonda); daughter, Carol Hipple (William); and grandchildren, Christian Smith, Mantz Hipple, and Morgan Hipple.

Dot was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She always put others before herself, and she will be missed by all who knew her. There will be no services, per her wishes.
