Andoranigh "Andy" Mirzayan born October 8, 1926, passed peacefully on Sunday March 26, 2023.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Achon Mirzayan; three sons and one daughter, Steve and wife Tracy, Mike and wife Maria, Rick and wife Edna; and Karolin and husband Haygaz; seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Andy loved gardening, backgammon, and grilling kabobs for his family. He was active for most of his 97 years.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Simpson Funeral Homje 5160 Peters Creek Road. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
