Andrew Cop

Andrew “Archs” Cop Jr., 93, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2024. He was born on October 26, 1930 in New Brunswick, NJ to the late Ella Mary Mills Cop and the late Andrew Cop Sr. He was predeceased by his wife, Jean Clark Cop.

Andrew work as a Propane Truck Driver for Modern Gas in NJ previous to his retirement. He was of the Christian Faith and attended Concord Church in Chatham, VA. He was a life member and past president of Pinewood Estates Volunteer Fire Company in Barnegat, NJ. He also proudly served his country in the US Navy.

Andrew is survived by a daughter; Ellen Cop of the residence; a son; Ronald Cop (Patricia) of Myrtle Beach, SC; a sister; Doris Beketich; three grandchildren; Eric, Brian, and Mark; and two great grandchildren; Ava and Jacob.

In addition to his parents and spouse, Andrew was predeceased by a sister; Marie Welch; and his first wife; Emily Cop.
