Ann McDaniel

Ann Lucas McDaniel, age 81, of 5221 Longdale Furnace Road, Clifton Forge, Virginia died Friday, June 7, 2024 at LewisGale Hospital – Alleghany, Low Moor, Virginia.
Ann was born on March 22, 1943 in Huntington, West Virginia to the late Earl and Donna Lucas. She was a retired Customer Service Representative for the former Rainbow Bread store, and a member of Longdale United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson McDaniel and a sister, Nancy Patterson.
She is survived by a daughter, Holly Shrader (husband, Greg) of Greenville; two granddaughters, Kayla Shrader and Amanda Shrader (husband, Justin); a great grandson, Nate Peters; a niece Marjie Patterson Weinfeld (husband, David Weinfeld); and two great nieces, Opal Weinfeld and Nancy Weinfeld.
In keeping with her wishes, her body has been cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
