Mary Ann Mabe Cross

Mary Ann Mabe Cross, 73, of Martinsville, passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at SOVAH Health of Martinsville. She was born November 12, 1948 in Martinsville, to the late James Henry Mabe and Allie Mabe Hodges. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Henry Mabe and Jackie Mabe.

Ms. Cross had been employed by Texas Steak House. She enjoyed listening to gospel music and playing electronic games. She loved animals, she was good-hearted and made friends with everyone. She especially loved her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Christopher Cross; brother, Bobby Mabe; grandchildren, Zach Mayhew, Noah Kennedy, Spencer Kennedy and Keira Kennedy; and great-grandchild, Jensen Mayhew.

All services will be private.
