Joseph R. Lombard

Joseph R. Lombard, 35, of Amherst, Virginia, died unexpectedly on June 4, 2022. He was born October 25, 1986 in Massachusetts to Diane V. Plummer of Virginia and Robert A. Lombard of Florida. He is preceded in death by his older brother, Jason A. Lombard. He leaves behind one sister, Jessica Phelps (Brett) of Evington, one brother Robert Demers of Texas and one nephew Noah Phelps. He was a 2005 graduate of Rustburg High School where he did shot-put and discus. Joe had many aspirations and enjoyed the outdoors. Hiking was his favorite past time with his buddies Ernie, Darrell, Nathan and Tommy. He also enjoyed playing the piano and composed his own music. No services will be held.
