Ida Lee Meade Janney

Mrs. Ida Lee Meade Janney, age 89 of Fieldale, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 after a decline in health.
Mrs. Janney was born on January 28, 1933 in Botetourt County, Virginia to the late John Harvey Meade and the late Melvie Bernard Meade. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Noah Joseph Janney, her daughter, Glenda Marie Minnick and her sister, Janice Horsley. She was a member of Valley Drive Baptist Church. She loved reading, embroidery, puzzle books, and spending time with family and especially with her great grandson.
Mrs. Janney is survived by one daughter, Rita Ann Huffman, one son, Steve A. Janney, two grandsons; David P. Gray (Bethany), Logan J. Huffman, one great grandson, Colton Connor Gray, special nieces; Robin, Kim and Judy, special nephews; Roy and Tim.
There will be no services for Mrs. Janney.
