Chase C. Crum, 20, of Bassett, passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2022. He was born in Martinsville on June 20, 2002 to Martha Drewery Crum and the late George C. Crum. In addition to his father preceded in death by uncle, Paul N. Drewery.
Surviving in addition to his mother are brother, Michael P. Murray; sister, Cora M. Keith; grandparents , Paul C. Drewery and Ethel J. Drewery; uncles, Bernard Drewery and James Crum; aunts, Nita Drewery and Alena Corns (David); cousin, Timothy P. Drewery.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 pm on Sunday, July 24, 2022 at Bassett Funeral Service Chapel with a funeral service at 3:00 pm with Pastor Ron Craiger officiating. All other services are private.
